"Originally went in looking for mesh/textile riding pants. Selection was small, sizes available limited, and specific criteria unable to be met (long pant leg zippers - which they didn't have.) I'll give the staff credit for trying, but the selection just wasn't there.

Came back looking for touring boots. Better experience. Staff again helpful, took a lot of time helping me find a set that fit well (extra wide size usually worn on normal shoes.)"

"Every time I go there everyone gives my boyfriend and I exceptional service and everyone is super knowledgeable! One sales person in particular, Jeremy I think, has gone above and beyond. Being a new rider I needed advice on helmet safety and such, Jeremy helped me order the perfect Sedici helmet that was safer, lighter, and more comfortable than the one I was currently looking at. My helmet was being transferred from another store and it was supposed to be there wed but it hadn't come yet- it was now fri-, Jeremy found out that we could switch the padding from one helmet to my helmet shell so it would be the correct size and I could have it faster. This store also has the best deals out of any other motorcycle store I have visited. I recommend going to Cycle Gear over any other shop in the area for all you motorcycle gear needs because of price, staff knowledge and customer service. "
